What is the primary goal of a treatment of a client with an acute Renal Failure?

- to prevent loss of fluid and electrolytes

Rationale: In the diuretic phase, fluids and electrolytes are lost in the urine. As a result, the plan of care focuses on fluid and electrolyte replacement and monitoring.
